Writer's Notes:
So I have myself a couple of drinks at Anna's and bemoan my lack of accomplishment.
Joe (no relation to the character) says "Dude just pick something and run with it." And JBD
is back.

Artist's Notes:
This may be the worst Relly ever looked. No, she didn't put on weight in the off season, I just
drew this piss-poorly. You'll noticed Joey's GTA obsession lives.

Writer's Notes:
So, now back to the main character as I clear up the coma corner I wrote myself into.

Artist's Notes:
The tradition of labelling things I can't draw LIVES!

This is where KJ starts to make himself co-protagonist with Terry.
He's just too damn much fun to write.

Artist's Notes:
The Boss (look I drew him a second time!) may appear to be much
taller than KJ but KJ is sitting down behind the counter at the store.

Writer's Notes:
Now to establish KJ's crush on Relly...
KJ and Terry have things in common like all best friends do.
P.S. I really hope anyone who has read my other strips knows
Relly is just making KJ pay for not saying "with me" when
asking about the movie. Relly's disdain for indirectness is an
example of how almost all the characters are based on me.

Artist's Notes:
That second panel is NOT a mistake. That's KJ smiling. He doesn't do it often.
To date, he's only done it on screen this once.
That is indeed the Cardboard Tube Samurai on his shirt. If not for PA making me start Geekdom
then Xak not drawing fast enough for me, then this strip wouldn't exist.

Writer's Notes:
A lot of people really like this one. The punchline, I'm told, is golden.
It was also an accident, more or less, as whatever (I forget) was the
original reply was so crappy I spent half an hour trying to get a laugh out of
myself from the third panel until I hit paydirt.

Artist's Notes:
Yeesh is Sir ugly in this one. AND there's a lot of wasted space in that first panel.
And why the hell didn't I use a speech bubble in that first one? 07/09/06
